Avinash Chander Mannan

Avinash is a specialist in engineering design, construction and procurement, with practical experience of every recognized form of engagement model and contract in the industry. An extraordinary 40 year career with over 25 years of Executive experience in the field of Construction, Design and Real Estate Management. Avinash started his career by qualifying the coveted Indian Engineering Services Examination in 1974 which he was appointed Assistant Director (Design) at the National Buildings Organization, Ministry of Works and Housing, Government of India. He then sensed an opportunity in the Middle East private construction sector and relocated to the region in 1978.
Avinash received a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Thapar University. He has been bestowed with various national and international awards for his accomplishments in the field of business and as an entrepreneur some of these are as below:
- Recognized by Forbes as one of the Top Indian Leaders in the Arab World 2015
- Bharat Gaurav Lifetime Achievement Award presented by the Sanskriti Yuva Sanstha in New York

Nikhil Kumar Mannan

Nikhil is a dynamic young executive with experience in the field of construction, real estate investment, and manufacturing in India and the Middle East. He is a qualified engineer with extensive coursework and experience in the field of construction methods, material sciences, and structural analysis and testing. In addition, he has been exposed to the intricacies of construction management, operations management, scheduling and control, and business law and contracts. Nikhil received a Bachelors in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas

Akshat Kumar Mannan

Akshat is Chief Operating Officer at Tawasul Al Umam, Kuwait and former Director at WS Atkins, the world’s leading engineering consultancy responsible to head country operations in Bahrain and Kuwait during his tenure. A qualified chartered engineer, he has led projects from strategic planning to multidisciplinary design delivery of property, housing, and infrastructure verticals. Akshat is a highly motivated leader, with a track record of delivering challenging projects, operations and organizational change. Akshat received a Bachelors in Technology in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi and a Masters in Construction Management from the University of Birmingham
Anirudh Kumar Mannan

Anirudh is a management consultant by professional and advises global organizations and government entities on topics ranging from marketing & sales effectiveness, commercial capability building, growth strategy, and transformation topics and helping clients deliver above-market growth.
